“Pink Floyd : The Story Of ‘Wish You Were Here’ ”, directed by John Edginton,
has won the “Film / DVD Of The Year” category at the 2012 Classic Rock Awards !
The award, sponsored by the UK’s Classic Rock magazine, was collected by Pink Floyd’s
Nick Mason at a star-studded event at London’s Roundhouse.
The film received the most votes from a poll of the readers of Classic Rock magazine and website.
It was chosen from a shortlist of music documentaries that included Martin Scorsese’s
George Harrison film “Living in the Material World” and the Oscar-winning “Searching for Sugarman”.
